As the Everything Marketplaces community continues to grow, we're finding more ways that we can better support founders and teams in our community. Many of our members are looking to make their first key hire or might also be running breakout marketplaces, so actively hiring. We've had a jobs space in the community for a few months now, which is where these members have been sharing jobs and open roles that they're hiring for. Many of these are highly specialized roles, where specific marketplace experience is required. After understanding how specialized marketplace hiring needs can be, we focused on actively working with founders and marketplace teams to help facilitate key hires. We've been able to successfully do so, ranging from individual contributors like full-stack developers, market launch & support specialists, to even VP level hires for key roles like Product and Trust & Safety. After seeing the overwhelming demand for a marketplace jobs board, we started building one.

We're excited to share that we now have a dedicated jobs board on our main platform, which is where we'll be curating some of these top opportunities at marketplaces in our community like Neighbor, Airbnb, Turo, Thumbtack, Whatnot, Hipcamp, and many more.
