Hey all, I wanted to share an overdue milestone that we recently crossed 200+ group chats for the community!

We’ve had some of the most notable marketplace founders & leaders like Marco Zappacosta from Thumbtack, Andrew Chen from a16z, Ryan Petersen from Flexport, Bastian Lehmann from Postmates, Josh Luber from StockX, Grant LaFontaine from Whatnot, James Currier from NFX, Spencer Rascoff from Zillow, Steve Kaufer from Tripadvisor, and more join us as guests.

For those that have just joined us, we do our group chats every (or almost every) Tuesday for the community. They’re live events (via Zoom) where marketplace founder & leaders join us to share about their marketplace experience, learnings, unique insights, and also help answer questions with a group Q&A at the end. Lots of founders in the community have mentioned that they’re like "live masterclasses on marketplaces" and a chance to learn from some of the most notable founders.

We share recap posts with the recordings from them in the community, so you’ve probably noticed some of the posts. You can also find all of the recordings on the group chats section on our main platform, YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify.

A huge thanks to all of our group chat guests that have joined us and also everyone for always being awesome participants on the live events. We always have great questions during the group Q&A, so thanks to everyone for also preparing in advance and always asking relevant questions. Our guests typically send me a message following mentioning how much they enjoy diving into marketplaces with everyone and how engaged the group is.

We’re also ramping back up our group chats in January, so be sure to keep an eye out for new group chats that we’ll be adding to our community calendar soon!
