Hi. I'm Nick Tsang, co-founder of Skyfarer Academy— a platform that merges edtech, aviation, and marketplace elements, aiming to make quality flight instruction accessible.

We started with live online aviation training, and now we’re thrilled to share that Skyfarer Academy has expanded to brings real-world training directly to pilots at stages nationwide. Students can now find and connect with qualified local instructors and flight schools, while instructors and schools gain tools to grow their reach.

After launching in Oct 2024, we're proud to support both online and in-person training across the U.S. This expansion was born out of our personal experiences in aviation and the challenges many pilots face in finding flight instruction in their own locations.

Skyfarer Academy is a hybrid training platform designed to bridge the gaps in aviation education. With over 70% of student pilots dropping out before certification, personalized, accessible instruction is more essential than ever.

Originally built for 1-on-1 live online sessions, we’re now combining that flexibility with real-world, in-person training, helping students—from first-time flyers to advanced pilots—find the instruction services they need.
